Rights
The client may cancel or postpone a training day until two weeks beforehand:
- Do you cancel/postpone less than 14 calendar days in advance? 50% payment remains.
- Do you cancel/postpone less than 7 calendar days in advance? 100% payment remains.
The client may cancel or postpone a consultation until 48 hours beforehand:
- Do you cancel/postpone less than 48 hours in advance? 50% payment remains.
- Do you cancel/postpone less than 24 hours in advance? 100% payment remains.
Greet A. De Baets reserves the right to cancel or postpone training days or coaching visits due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such a case, we consult all parties involved to agree on alternatives. If a participant, a trainee, or a coachee cannot come before the start of the service programme, the client is allowed to send a replacement for the whole programme.
