Decision Articulation

Tailored

  • Decision Articulation

| Description

An interactive and practice-oriented training that builds the foundation for arriving at clear, shared decisions, and articulating them in a workable way.

| Target Group

For teams and/or their leaders who notice that decisions sometimes remain unclear, stall, or are interpreted differently.

| Approach

The training starts from the participants’ own practice: concrete situations, ongoing cases, and recognisable tensions, or challenges.

We work in a varied and active way. Participants sit, stand, move, and engage in dialogue. Short conceptual input is immediately linked to application. Simple physical exercises make visible what happens in interaction and decision-making. This creates a learning process in which it quickly becomes clear what works and what requires adjustment.

| Contents

The training is based on a decision articulation model that maps the path from situation to result. Participants learn how to contribute to clear and shared decision articulation:

  • Reading a situation accurately and translating it into a workable strategy.
  • Mapping different perspectives and narratives.
  • Identifying the core element that gives direction.
  • Balancing effects, obstacles, and resources.
  • Articulating a decision clearly and setting it in motion.
  • Making follow-up and lessons explicit.
  • Maintaining regulation under pressure instead of falling into panic.

In short, participants work with their own cases and translate insights into a concrete action plan for practice.
